What makes working at L&L enjoyable, interesting, and engaging?
As a paralegal at L&L, I work with great colleagues and am challenged with interesting assignments. The practical experience I gain is of great value. I’m not only helping with ongoing cases, but also deepen my knowledge of the law.
What is your vision, drive, and mentality in (advising and) assisting an attorney or the organization?
My vision when advising and supporting an attorney or the organization is to unburden them and help them achieve their goals effectively. I believe it is important to listen carefully, think along and respond flexibly to what the situation demands.
What is your strength?
I am eager to learn and dive deep into the subject matter. I think it is important to understand the core of a problem or issue, so that you can get to work in a targeted way and as efficiently as possible.
Is there something we don’t know about you, but that would be interesting to share?
I enjoy adventures abroad. During my studies, I lived in Lisbon for six months for my minor and also did a six-month internship at a law firm in Curaçao. I certainly do not rule out more such experiences abroad in the future. I also like to stay active and do hockey, running and pilates.
